Five years ago, I was roughly 5 weeks away from giving birth to our first child. My thoughts were on my ever swelling feet, whether the baby would be a boy or a girl, what labor would be like,and what our lives would be like with a baby in the house. Getting that child ready for kindergarten was not even on my radar. Kindergarten seemed like an eternity away.
Well an eternity it wasn't, and 5 years have gone by faster than I ever could have imagined. Goodbye preschool, hello kindergarten!
